Plant Manger Plant Manager Position Overview The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in production processes. This role is critical in managing staff, resources, and equipment to meet production goals while maintaining high standards in construction management and precast concrete manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the plant and ensure efficient production processes. Manage production schedules and workforce allocation to meet production targets. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Supervise and mentor production staff to enhance productivity and skill development. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with quality standards in precast concrete production.
