We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team full or part-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in the construction industry being an advantage. As the Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. Responsibilities include: Financial Management: Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including customer billing, general ledger, vendor management and assisting payroll processing. Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support the company's growth and operational goals. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability. Team Leadership: Supervise Accounting team, implement internal fiscal system and procedures, become SME in our internal field service management system. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred. Minimum 4 years of related experience, construction industry, preferred. Advanced working knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to discern trends and patterns in financial data. Tech Savvy Customer Service with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.
