Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Assist with food preparation as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred - Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
