The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and satisfied throughout their visit. Duties - Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. - Help with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. - Clean and reset tables after guests leave to prepare for the next patrons. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Requirements - Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance standards are met. - A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. - Experience in catering or working in restaurants or hotels is a plus but not mandatory.
