Ensure the program???s goals and objectives are met in alignment with the grant???s requirements. Coordinate with clinical partners to facilitate the integration of ETL participants into clinical roles and rotations. Grant Administration: Manage the application process for the ETL grant, including eligibility assessment, application review, and award distribution. Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including reporting, budgeting, and monitoring of grant funds. Prepare and submit required reports to funders, including progress reports, financial reports, and outcome evaluations. Clinical Coordination: The ability to work closely with clinical partners to develop and maintain effective clinical rotation schedules and job roles for ETL participants. Provide support and guidance to clinical preceptors and mentors involved in the ETL program. Monitor and evaluate the clinical experiences of ETL participants, ensuring they receive quality, immersive training. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for ETL program participants, clinical partners, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and funders. Promote the ETL program within the organization and the broader community, acting as the program???s champion. Data Management and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, participant progress, and grant compliance. Use data to inform program improvements and report on program effectiveness. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to grant activities, participants, and financial expenditures. Training and Development: Provide training and orientation for ETL participants, ensuring they understand program expectations and requirements. Develop and deliver workshops or informational sessions for clinical staff and participants as needed. Stay current on best practices in grant management, clinical education, and workforce development.
