An established Restaurant in downtown Athens is looking for an experienced Chef to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen. We are looking for a natural leader that is proficient in planning and coordinating a kitchen through multiple volume scenarios. Direct responsibilities will include maintaining labor and food costs, quality of food, staff morale, and flow of service. Strong communication skills are a must in this position. The ideal candidate will be able to shift between administrative planning tasks to organizing and executing service from the cook line without missing a beat.
