The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist department managers and team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Conduct research and collect data to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance processes and operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to expand your knowledge.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Promote Knutson Construction through community involvement and deliver The Knutson Experience.
• Respond to and complete all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of and proficient in the use of personal computers and related Microsoft software.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships including the ability to initiative a productive verbal conversation with others.
• Strong skills in time management, ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, working with multiple demands with strong attention to details.
• Ability to travel to and within project sites.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
