Credit/Finance Manager Responsible for the executing the mission, establishing and executing the interparochial credit union’s major goals and objectives. Interprets and implements the Board of Directors’ policies. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to staff. Manages, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations. Develops and maintains effective organizational structure and personnel. Coordinates major activities through subordinates. Represents the company to regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and trade and community organizations. Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective strategic plans, policies, and procedures. Has responsibility for the effective performance of SICU’s administrative support functions. Effectively supervises and coordinates personnel, ensuring optimal performance. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and professional business relations with members, the Board of Directors, stakeholders, trade organizations, and other business contacts. Oversees marketing and growth strategies regulatory compliance, expense control, and quality standards. Sells financial services and loans to customers based on their needs and qualifications. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field with 3-5 years of progressive experience and strong interpersonal skills. The mission of the organization is Catholic faith-based. Skills - Proficiency in financial software for credit analysis - Strong understanding of banking regulations, guidelines and loan processes - Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices - Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately - Experience in team management within a financial services environment - Proven track record in financial sales and upselling techniques - Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection methods Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
