Position Overview: Responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic financial insight and guidance to senior management and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards. Position Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning and forecasting. Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and initiatives. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including outside accounting firms, financial institutions and customers. Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure that the finance and accounting team operates efficiently and effectively. Assist in developing pricing for new and existing customers. Assist in negotiating, reviewing and maintaining lease agreements with customers and vendors. All other duties assigned. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 7+ years of finance and accounting experience. With 3 years in a management position. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax compliance. Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and management abilities. Proven experience with financial software. Experience with Sage100 a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
