Description: Job Summary: This position entails assembling electronic parts for snow and agricultural equipment. Will follow processes and blueprints in the assembly of all products. Assembly of light parts for products requiring manual dexterity Skills/Abilities: Ability to safely use the equipment Ability to work under minimal supervision Attention to detail Ability to manipulate small parts Use of hand tools and machines, such as wire strippers, wire cutters, crimpers and a cordless screw gun Knowledge of soldering Responsibilities Crimping terminals on the cut wires with a hand tool or a terminal machine Cutting wires manually and with a wire processing machine · Testing harnesses by plugging the harness to a machine and the machine determines if it passes or fails · Fabricate harnesses assembling harnesses which can be from 1 wire to 30+ wires taped together or loomed Package harnesses and finished products in boxes or plastic bags for sale Soldering of wires occasionally Requirements: Experience & Education High School Diploma or GED 1 – 2 years of experience in light assembly preferred Willing to train the right candidate DISCLAIMER This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
