Ability to follow guidelines, specifications, standards & regulations, and accepted best practices to accomplish work Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as a part of a team and be able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities Must be adaptable to changes in equipment, assignments, procedures and methods Must be willing to work with contractors and other personnel Conduct regular inspections and ensure the upkeep/maintenance of all electrical/mechanical systems and equipment of the facility Operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and make necessary repairs Make and maintain records of maintenance, service and refurbishing activities undertaken in the facility Write, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Preventive Maintenance Program Comply with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while carrying out job functions Place orders for replacement parts, spare parts, materials and equipment and ensure the proper documentation of the materials ordered Coordinate and manage service/repair work of outside vendors Make and assist in repairs, service and refurbishing of equipment and the facility Three years Maintenance experience required.
