DeGrood’s Appliance is seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator to manage our growing fleet of in-home appliance repair technicians. We’re seeking a motivated Coordinator to play a key role in the management of scheduling and administration of our appliance repair operations. The primary focus of this position is to support all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management to include, but not limited to: Job Duties · Provide scheduling for customers and planning, zoning and dispatching for technicians · Managing customer relations through phone, email and text · Maintaining work orders through their completion. · Looking up parts for customers and techs · Maintaining the inventory of parts and managing part orders · Coordinating with techs on jobsites · Finishing and invoicing closed calls for billing · Basic troubleshooting support and explaining warranty coverage with customers · Accurate & timely submission of warranty claims · Calculating estimates on repair costs for customers · Email correspondence with customers, manufacturing reps, and co-workers. · Ensure service personnel compliance with company service and quality standards. · Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations. Experience/knowledge required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid driver’s license Excellent customer service skills Super organizational skills Computer skills Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. DeGrood’s Appliance is seeking a Service Center Assistant to manage our growing customer calls and fleet of in-home appliance repair technicians. We’re seeking a motivated person to play a key role in the call management, scheduling, and administration of our appliance repair center. The primary focus of this position is to manage customer relations, billing and parts sales. Hours for the position are 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. (We are flexible with schedule depending on obligations, like daycare or school drop off.)
