Job Summary: The General Manager of Hiniker will oversee all aspects of sales and operations, driving revenue, ensuring the production process is run effectively and efficiently. This leadership position is responsible for guiding a management team that includes sales, engineering, production, planning and human resources. The General Manager will foster and enhance Hiniker’s collaborative culture working closely with the CEO, the Director of Sales and Marketing for Ag, the Director of Sales and Marketing for Snow to execute a defined commercial strategy and collaborate on new product development and product line expansion. This role encompasses strategic planning, commercial roadmap execution, resource allocation, capital expenditure planning, team development and preparing for significant growth. Success in this position will be measured by revenue growth, maintenance/growth of a collaborative culture, profitable operations that deliver quality products on time, and a robust product development process.Hiniker Website General Manager Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations including production, planning, engineering and human resources Deliver quality products on time and on budget to meet forecast and customer demands Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Lead, train and develop the team to enhance performance and meet operational standards Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met Monitor and enhance current KPI’s and optimize processes for improved productivity Collaborate with Sales and the CEO to meet customer expectations Ensure all operations comply with federal, state and local regulations Engage with customers and vendors to maintain strong relationships Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and achieve company goals Prepare for and participate in quarterly board meetings and the annual business review Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelors degree in a business field is preferred. 10+ years of operations experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role Pay Scale Base plus annual bonus Requirements: Skills/Abilities: Proven ability to be customer facing and drive sales. Salary: $128K - $162K a year
