Designplast Inc. is a millwright construction company dedicated to improving the plastic, grain, and recycling industry through innovative and proven methods. Our home office is in Salina, KS but We have job sites all over the country. Travel is a requirement for this position, We pay travel time, per diem, and hotel rooms. And with DesignPlast Inc. You will have the comfort of your own room while on the road, NO ROOM SHARING!!! Duties: - Fabricate, install, and maintain machinery and equipment in industrial settings. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance. - Conduct inspections and analyze equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions. - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. - Perform field duties as required, including traveling to different job sites, cleaning job site, loading/unloading trucks, - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: - Experience preferred but not necessary - Strong mechanical aptitude - Proficient in analyzing mechanical systems and identifying issues. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
