Mileage pay ranges from $.65 to $.70 CPM, contingent on experience and hazmat endorsement (not required). Requirements: Minimum 9 months OTR or regional experience in the last 15 months with 2 months of that driving in inclement weather. Local experience will only count if it was big city deliveries in inclement weather. Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years. No SAP drivers - must not have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test. Can not have been terminated from any positions for the last year. If terminated due to an accident it is two years. Can not have been terminated more than twice for any reason in the last three years. No major moving violations in the last 3 years, encompassing both personal and CMV. No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years, with no more than one incident in the last 18 months. No more than 5 jobs held in the last 3 years. No DUI in a personal motor vehicle (PMV) in the last 7 years, and only one in a lifetime.
