Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided **Overview** We are seeking a friendly and attentive Night Auditor / GSR to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. The position includes running the Night Audit along with the necessary reports. In addition you will be resonsible for breakfast set up and prep until the breakfast attendant comes in. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask. ** Requirments ** You must have 2 years verifiable hotel work as a Guest Service Representative / Night Auditor. Preferrably with Hilton ** Responsibilities ** - Greet and check-in guests, providing them with a comfortable and inviting environment - Answer and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Perform all night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and room inventory - Perform various accounting tasks as requested by management - Demonstrate a high level of customer service and hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction - Work effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences - Utilize hotel management systems to update guest information and manage room assignments - Provide exceptional guest services, including handling special requests and ensuring that all guest needs are met - Use phone systems to communicate with guests, hotel staff, and other departments - Demonstrate phone etiquette and ensure that all phone calls are handled professionally and efficiently ** Skills ** - Excellent customer service skills - 2 years+ Strong hospitality and guest services experience - Required - M3 Accounting experience - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in hotel management systems - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Preferred - Experience with night audit procedures - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work varying shifts as needed, including nights and weekends - Knowledge of hospitality management principles - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - A positive and friendly demeanor - A high school diploma or equivalent is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Referral program Schedule: Every weekend Night shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Hotel experience: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Required) Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
