Position Title: CashierAccountable to: Customer Service ManagerPrimary Objective: To perform customer checkout transactions as required for daily sales and to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.Nature & Scope: Primary emphasis in this position is on following front end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintaining positive customer relations and expedient processing of all orders
The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
This position requires on going social skills/verbal interaction, register/scanner operation, reading, light lifting, and standing
Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs
