Express is looking for shipping associates for a client located in Birdsboro, PA. The company is looking to add on qualified associates who want to grow with them!
Shipping Associate
Pay: $18/hr
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!
Shift: 1 st shift (7am-3:30pm)Monday through Friday
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Responsibilities of the Shipping Associate:
• Prioritize orders based on due date or by what production scheduler assigns
• Package hoists and/or parts for shipment
• Perform final quality inspection on parts and hoists
• Coordinate with sales for foreign, non-UPS, non-Fedex ground, and local LTL shipments
• Load and unload shipments
• Other duties assigned
Qualifications of the Shipping Associate:
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required
• 2-4 years of previous shipping experience
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
