Job Summary At Kids X-Cel Center we're seeking a skilled office manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth function of our office. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace. Duties - Coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance - Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical - Oversee payroll processes and liaise with HR for employee-related matters - Handle budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks software Requirements - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent team management abilities - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling - Knowledge of payroll processes and practices - Familiarity with phone etiquette standards - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation - Budgeting skills with attention to detail -Must be able to multi-task -Must know how to work with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: QuickBooks: 1 year (Required) Financial software: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: New Ulm, MN 56073 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
