You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Assess patients' medical conditions and create individualized care plans. 2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. 3. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. 4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 5. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. 6. Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records. 7. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during difficult times. 8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Valid RN license in the state of practice. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical unit. 3. BLS and ACLS certification. 4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. 8.
