Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining professionalism at all times. Understand member needs and recommend products or services that will help them succeed. Address member questions and concerns, providing timely and courteous solutions. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Cash handling or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable using a PC and navigating the internet. Ability to work at multiple locations; Portland, Dunkirk or Winchester, including Saturdays. Why Crossroads?
