The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies to attract new members, increase member engagement, and drive growth for the organization. This role involves leading the digital marketing team, supporting the development of marketing campaigns, enhancing the digital member experience, and leveraging data to help inform future initiatives and optimize existing ones. What you will do here: Digital Strategy and Development Develop and execute a data-driven strategy of the website, marketing automation program, and paid digital advertising efforts to drive member growth, engagement, and retention. Develop a roadmap of continued optimization and enhancements for the website, including regular audits, technology reviews, and ongoing development of new digital experiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Leadership and Collaboration Lead, mentor, manage assignments and performance appraisals of the Digital Marketing team. Partner with SwitchThink Solutions (IT) to continue to build cross-functional experiences with the goal of creating a consistent and unified brand experience across our digital channels. Partner with Project Management team to identify process improvements to improve efficiencies in asset production. Partner with the broader marketing team in the planning, development and execution of various campaigns and initiatives. Analytics and Reporting Work in collaboration with the Data Team to build and refine campaign dashboards and reports. Present digital marketing performance reports and analysis to Marketing leadership, senior management, and key stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely. Marketing Automation and Campaign Enhancement Review and enhance the current marketing automatic programs, assisting the team to identify opportunities to automate campaigns that are currently manual and to enhance existing campaigns. Other duties as assigned. What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required. 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, with a focus on Digital Marketing required. 5+ years’ experience in progressive leadership roles in Digital Marketing required. 1+ years’ experience in financial services or other regulated industry a plus preferred Proven success in Digital Marketing, including tactical and strategic achievement, with samples and results of past campaigns required. Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency required. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google Ads PPC strategies required. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals related to ecommerce and website performance required. Expertise with automation tools and platforms, e.g. Marketo, Eloqua required. Demonstrated strength in vendor management and contract negotiations required. Exceptional problem-solving, and project management skills required. Outstanding communication presentation skills and influencing skills required. Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with ability to work across diverse teams required.
