Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as a team. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities - Conduct laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols. - Analyze samples and data to provide accurate results for providers - Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with safety regulations. - Utilize Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). - Assist in the preparation/running of patient samples on chemistry analyzer. - Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. - Assist Laboratory Supervisor Qualifications - Experience in a clinical laboratory or research laboratory setting is preferred but not required. - Strong analytical skills. - Knowledge of histology techniques and sample preparation methods is beneficial. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete individual tasks efficiently.
