HR managers should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts. They should also be familiar with HR software and have an ethical mindset to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. This is a position of growth within NCI and the location is negotiable within one of our 22 current locations depending on fit and experience. Duties: - Talent Acquisition: Recruiting, Interviewing, and hiring new employees - Performance Management: Establish programs for training, development & performance reviews - Employee Relations: Handling employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations - Policy and procedure development: Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures related to employment and personnel - Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies - Employee Engagement: Developing employee surveys and engagement strategies - Benefits Administration: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs - Communicating various HR Policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations to management and staff - Conflict Resolution: handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy - Employee support: supporting employees during challenges that occur within the workplace Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelors or Associates degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven working experience in human resources or HR Management - Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a friendly, professional manner with customers, coworkers, and vendors. - Must be able to work successfully both independently and with a team - Must have the ability to keep workplace items confidential and follow all confidentiality guidelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
