Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
Serve as Designated School Official ( DSO ) and Alternate Responsible Officer (A/RO); Immigration advisor for F-1 and J-1 student visa categories, and their dependents in F-2 or J-2 non-immigrant status, including IEP students. Process student cases through Sunapsis (embedded RTI and batch functionality) to SEVIS , and also in SEVIS RTI (real time interface).

Assist the Director in ensuring Student & Exchange Visitor Information System ( SEVIS ) reporting and data tracking for F and J students and dependents to ensure compliance and the processing of cases in a timely fashion

Assist the other Student Advisors with F and J student immigration advising content updates to office information hand-outs, orientation presentations, cover letters, support letters, and website content
