Maintenance Technician
· Ability to follow guidelines, specifications, standards & regulations, and accepted best practices to accomplish work
· Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as a part of a team and be able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities
· Must be adaptable to changes in equipment, assignments, procedures and methods
· Must be willing to work with contractors and other personnel
· Conduct regular inspections and ensure the upkeep/maintenance of all electrical/mechanical systems and equipment of the facility
· Operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and make necessary repairs
· Make and maintain records of maintenance, service and refurbishing activities undertaken in the facility
· Write, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Preventive Maintenance Program
· Comply with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while carrying out job functions
· Place orders for replacement parts, spare parts, materials and equipment and ensure the proper documentation of the materials ordered
· Coordinate and manage service/repair work of outside vendors
· Make and assist in repairs, service and refurbishing of equipment and the facility
· Three years Maintenance experience required.
· Welding Experience required
· Industrial Electrical experience preferred
· Associates degree preferred
Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment
