This position will oversee, monitor, and coordinate activities for equipment operation. Your Responsibilities:Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operationsCommunicate team goals and adjust goals to align with overall company directivesActs as a liaison between production and other areasResearch, provide solutions and communicate with supervisor and employees on escalated customer issues, employee questions, etc.Contribute to an atmosphere of team work and cooperation to maintain an effective working environment as well as ensure continuity of service to employeesProvide back-up coverage for Supervisor and/or other Department positions as neededEnsure parts/materials are supplied to processWork orders for a quick maintenanceAudit standard work and coach production staffYour Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pmYou Must Have:Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writingMust possess solid computer application skillsAttention to detail at a very high levelAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentMust be self-motivated to take the initiative to get the job doneAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPositive attitude, enjoys challenges, team oriented, and well developed problem-solving skill2+ years of prior production experienceWe Would Also Prefer:High school education or equivalentAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
