Schedule: Flex Education Requirements: Master’s degree Experience: 1 year of therapy experience (preferred) Work Location: 403 S. Broad St., Suite 20, Mankato, MN 56001 Hybrid Work Model: Outpatient and Telemedicine options are available. Primary Duties: Completing a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients to determine their needs and appropriate treatment. Providing high-quality ongoing therapy to patients, employing effective, compassionate, and creative treatment interventions tailored to the individual patient’s needs. Maintaining, completing, and organizing outpatient health records to ensure accurate patient care documentation. Maintaining Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements for licensure to ensure up-to-date practice in line with current standards and regulations. Compensation Models (included but not limited to): Salaried with quota hours: 20-25 hrs/wk ranging from $45,000-$85,000 Split: 70/30 Employees would keep 70% of their earnings, and the company would hold 30% to cover overhead costs such as office, utilities, and administration. Office/Admin rental: We offer the opportunity to run your practice out of our office space, utilizing our billing/admin team. The flat monthly charge is $1200.
