Job Description: As a Food Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all catering functions, ensuring that every event is executed to the high standards of the restaurant. Your role will involve managing a team of dedicated employees, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination: Plan and execute catering events from start to finish, ensuring all details are planned and executed correctly. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of catering staff, ensuring they are well-trained and perform their duties efficiently. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Must handle writing invoices to customers. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of catering operations run smoothly. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all food items meet our company’s standards. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively. Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: Highly organized and detail oriented.
