*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. *Duties* - Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials - Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues - Plan routes and meet delivery schedules - Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving - Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions - Collect and verify delivery instructions - Report defects, accidents, or violations *Qualifications* - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) - Proven work experience as a truck driver - Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly - Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations - No recent moving or driving violations - Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) - Forklift operation experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.96 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
