Job Description Krispy Kreme Athens is looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepared correctly and in a timely manner while adhering to all safety and health standards. In addition, the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, developing staff, and communicating with the GM on staff and guest needs. This position will report to the GM. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred One or more years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred Knowledge of health and safety standards in an outdoor environment preferred Ability to lead by example and inspire team members to exceed customer expectations Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage a multi-tasking schedule that includes preparing food, setting up tables, greeting guests, greeting customers, cleaning and sanitizing restaurant surfaces, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and following health and safety standards. Ensure that all tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner while adhering to all safety and health standards. Ensure that food is prepared correctly and in a timely manner while following proper sanitation procedures. Ensure that all sales and guest needs are met consistently. This includes maintaining good customer relations by responding promptly to guest requests and providing quality customer service. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner by following proper procedures under the management training program. Ensure that all necessary safety regulations are followed at all times when working in the restaurant environment. Maintain a clean work environment at all times according to company guidelines for food service establishments.
