JOB DESCRIPTION Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm Salary: Base Pay $22.00 Summary/objective: * Directly supervise the coordination and production of operating workers through monitoring quality control, production efficiency, and timely completion of associated products as assigned. Identify and communicate any safety, quality, process issues or concerns as needed. Maintain controlled environment integrity by using proper attire and adherence to controlled environment practices and procedures Recognize and report any unacceptable materials and/or sub-assemblies to engineering and/or supervisor. Responsible for quality of work and adhering to manufacturing methods Work with supervisors, engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements. Be familiar with the terminology used in the production area. Participate in lean activities and 7S improvement efforts. Understand and demonstrate Lean manufacturing techniques and principles. Coach and provide guidance to others on manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures.
