Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and user engagement. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to achieve client goals and maximize ROI. Perform website audits, identify technical SEO issues, and collaborate with web development teams to implement necessary changes. Monitor and analyze website analytics, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs. Generate regular reports on SEO/SEM performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices, and implement changes accordingly. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist, with a successful track record of improving organic search rankings and managing effective paid search campaigns. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar SEO/SEM tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams. Certifications in Google Ads and/or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
