Caffenio is seeking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista Trainer to join our team. As a barista trainer you will be responsible for providing technical training to team members at the Drive-Thru. This role involves ensuring the execution of company processes according to service protocols and best practices. Additionally, the trainer plays a key role in integrating team members, fostering optimal working relationships, and promoting the company’s organizational culture and values. PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES: · Train new and existing staff at the Drive-Thru using materials designed by the Training Department. Ensure compliance with all regulations, updated recipes, introduce new products, and reinforce good practices and service protocols and behaviors. · Maintain training records for Drive-Thru personnel on the management platform, ensuring team members' knowledge and technical skills are up-to-date and align with company standards. · Facilitate the integration of new team members, ensuring they quickly adapt to company processes, systems, culture, and teams, thereby enhancing their onboarding experience. · Perform regular daily operational tasks, including product preparation, customer service, and cleaning, as requested by the immediate supervisor, to ensure operational excellence. · Promote Caffenio values through daily operations, leading by example, and suggesting internal competitions to the Store Manager that enhance the work environment and incentivize the team. · Support the implementation of Caffenio Culture Programs at the Drive-Thru as communicated by the Store Manager. · Observe and supervise the techniques and procedures used by team members to detect any deviations from established good practices, providing coaching and feedback as necessary. · Conduct on-going evaluations of team members to identify training needs or areas for knowledge reinforcement, supporting the optimal execution of all business processes. · Assist the Store Manager and Shift Supervisors with administrative tasks to reduce errors and improve efficiency. EXPERIENCE: · Experience in a fast-paced environment · Customer service experience · Knowledge of food & beverage (F&B) best practices · Inventory management and product preparation experience · Conflict resolution skills for internal and external clients · Experience with opening and closing procedures · Ability to execute procedures and protocols · Personnel management experience (preferred) · Group coaching experience (preferred) · Fast-food industry experience (preferred) EDUCATION: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, psychology or related field (preferred) REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES: · Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) · Willingness and ability to travel outside the U.S. (required) · Availability to work on weekends (required) · Proficiency in MS Office · Knowledge of F&B best practices · Strong communication skills · Leadership abilities · Coaching expertise · Excellent customer service skills · Superior organizational skills · Commitment to exceed expectations PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: · Ability to move quickly through all areas of the restaurant. · Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. · Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
