Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director to oversee and enhance our programs within multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Regional Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of our services while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Responsibilities - Development and integration of service goals, objectives, timelines, and outcomes. - Manage relationships community partners, donors and policy makers, and build alliances that support the mission of ending homelessness. - Supervise program managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Oversee program development initiatives that align with organizational goals and community needs. - Monitor budgetary allocations and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. - Conduct regular assessments of program performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to behavioral health services. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and professional development opportunities for staff. Skills - Strong relationship management skills to build trust with community partners and team members. - Experience in social work or related fields that support individuals with developmental disabilities. - Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. - Expertise in program development and management to create impactful services. - Proficient in budgeting processes to maintain financial accountability within programs. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices relevant to service delivery. - Strong administrative skills for effective operational oversight.
