Order clinical supplies and patient devices Monitor timely order delivery Check for manufacturer promotions Maintain professional relationships with inside and outside sales representatives Maintain the hearing aid lab Organize cabinets and drawers Maintain supply inventory (i.e. hearing aids for loan and for sale, Lyric inventory hearing aid accessories, maintenance supplies, medical supplies) Manage Lyric inventory Perform maintenance appointments and audiology assistance Clean and check hearing aids Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids LACE (Listening and Communication Enhancement) training Patient hearing aid orientation and delivery Patient follow-up calls and emails Take patient history for repeat appointments Accessory fittings and troubleshooting Set up exam room for hearing aid fittings Pediatric assistance Set up for Lyric fittings Assist in patient flow in clinic Maintain current licensure Maintain infection control protocol Ensure exam rooms and lab are neat, clean, and organized Set up and prep rooms ahead of appointments Set up/clean Lyric tray Ensure manufacturer fitting software is up-to-date Keep lab documents and brochures stocked and up-to-date Education and training for licensure as an Audiology Assistant will be provided to the qualifying candidate.
