We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at our restaurant. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite culinary experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Plan and execute creative and innovativemenus, ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and presentation. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate closely with event planners and clients to design customized menus tailored to their preferences and dietary requirements. Manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budgetary requirements. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern techniques and ingredients into banquet offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and management. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
