Exciting Career Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical Unit Location: Salina, KS Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: Night (3x12-hour shifts per week) Salary Range: $29.00/hour - $43.00/hour (Based on education and experience) Shift/Weekend Differential: $2.00/hour Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (to be discussed further during the interview) Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) team at our healthcare facility in Salina, KS. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team during the night shift. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary, shift differentials, and a relocation allowance. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document patient care activities accurately. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
