We are seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our team! Job Responsibilities: Perform thorough pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure functional, safe, and clean pool environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and addressing their needs and concerns in a respectful and professional manner. Possess ability to work independently and efficiently while on the service route with support available via phone. Possess ability to work in all outdoor AZ weather. The position requires walking, standing, kneeling, bending over and sitting in an outdoor environment. Possess ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the day. Drive vehicle safely and in accordance with traffic laws. Perform regular truck inspections and notify Supervisor of any issue that arises. Maintain equipment, supplies, and chemical stock inventory levels in the vehicle. Qualifications: No experience is necessary; however, a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is a must. Must have functional Smart phone. Must be able to pass criminal background check, illegal drug use test, and have a clean driving record.
