The CEO, who manages multiple businesses and high-stakes real estate transactions, seeks an Executive Assistant to help achieve business goals by providing high-level administrative support. Here are the key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO: Provide direct administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and real estate transaction assistance. Communicate on behalf of the CEO through email, phone, and other digital platforms. Manage and maintain the CEO’s social media presence, creating and curating content for professional platforms. Anticipate and address the CEO’s needs after training, handling tasks proactively to minimize disruptions. Proofread documents and communications to ensure grammatical accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate small and large-scale events related to the real estate business and other ventures. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met. Organize and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and files. Travel with the CEO for business meetings, real estate conferences, and professional engagements. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries. Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO’s time is utilized efficiently and effectively. Here are the qualifications required for the Executive Assistant to the CEO: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond quickly. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a calm demeanor. Adaptability to pivot quickly as the needs of the CEO or business evolve. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar). Proven experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Ability to travel as required. Strong proofreading and grammar skills. Event planning experience is highly desirable. Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Required skills for the Executive Assistant to the CEO: High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and act independently when necessary. Flexibility to handle both high-paced and slower work periods. Strong multitasking and task prioritization abilities. Proficiency in managing social media, including content creation and engagement. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
