Qualifications Students must have completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree; preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred (transcripts will be requested). Solid knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint A high degree of analytical skill is required Strong communication & interpersonal skills Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Experience with Power BI/Query, Tableau Advanced Excel skills Job Duties Support the smooth and efficient functioning of Finished Product Warehouse operations including performance of the materials handling system (MHS). Support process development within the third party operations (Distribution Center Ops and MHS Maintenance providers) to meet safety, productivity, quality, and cost expectations. Assist third party operator(s) with best practice and continuous improvement programs. Ensure housekeeping standards in conformance to plant and government regulations. Support continuous improvement in Safety, productivity, cost, quality, inventory control and customer service. Provide leadership and work direction for KC Electrical Techs and Electrical Engineers assigned to Finished Product Warehouse/Logistics Team. Work with the Mill Operations team and Staff Distribution team to ensure the effective development and application of internal control systems/procedures, customer service policies and facility standard operating procedures in Materials Handling. Audit programs to monitor and improve the warehousing practices, and safeguard K-C assets at consumer field distribution centers. Carry out assigned projects as part of a team. Demonstrate the ability to fully develop the skills and traits required for continued growth and development. Conduct all communications and transactions with utmost integrity and honesty. Document knowledge and report research and development work as required. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected. Strong oral and written communication skills are imperative. Understanding of basic statistics and computer usage experience is desirable. Ability to create / present final presentation on key learnings during Co-op / Internship experience. The anticipated pay range for this job is $21.50/hour. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
