Starting salary: $100,048.00 annually. Will deliver primary health care to patients and provide individual and/or group health education and counseling, and provide outreach to and advocacy for the homeless population. Will be responsible for overall patient services at the clinic and oversee day-to-day clinical operations. Will conduct physical examinations of patients, document medical history, make assessments and diagnoses of patients’ medical conditions, and initiate treatment using established protocols. Will assist in planning, organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and evaluating the Healthcare for the Homeless program. License as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of Kentucky, successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner training program in an accredited educational institution, and at least two years of broad-based professional nursing experience is required. Experience providing care to low-income clients and the homeless population is preferred.
