Regional District Manager Position : Northern District Manager Company : ES&D SERVICES INC. Location : Northern Midwest region Salary/Benefits : $40k per year base salary Annual commission based on district performance + new sales commissions Company vehicle Travel per diem/expense account 401k match We have a thirty year relationship providing truck washing and janitorial services for an international customer. We are looking to hire a quality individual to maintain our Northern region. The position oversees a six-state area that includes 17 facilities where you would interact with labor and management to meet production goals, sustain operations, and maintain relationships. Responsibilities : Customer Service and Sales Hiring and Training Personnel Management Administration Laborer Problem Solving Requirements : Excellent customer service skills Travel 2-4 days per week. Supervisory/management experience preferred Leadership qualities essential Ability to operate autonomously Knowledge of pressure washing, and custodial services is advantageous.
