Position Details: This is a full-time permanent position with travel within the defined territory, offering stability and growth opportunities. As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with Vantage Surgical Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role not only in the operating room but also in inventory management and regional logistics efforts, which may involve the movement and setup of equipment.

Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
• CST Certification required for some states (obtainable within 90 days of employment).
• CST or TS-C
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Capability to complete overnight travel 2-3 nights weekly.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
• Ophthalmology Experience a plus!
