Busy HVAC company located in the Scottsdale Airpark is seeking an experienced Dispatcher. Ideal candidate will be upbeat and friendly with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced environment.
Duties To Include
• Inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Fill and maintain a full and balanced dispatch board.
• Will act as back up dispatcher as needed, take payments, resolve customer complaints, data entry. etc.
• Attitude is everything!
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Tues-Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr. + bonuses with benefits after 90 days
