The pay range per hour is $19.62 - $35.29

Working in the Talent Center of Excellence (Talent COE), you’ll work on the systems and content with which people learn everything they need for success in their roles. From supporting training programs for a variety of audiences in the organization and onboarding classes for systems, processes and tools, to ongoing support, for new program rollouts or facilitation efforts, we are the learning champions for the entire organization.
As a Sr. Specialist for the team, you are responsible for ensuring the program owners and team members attending learning sessions are setup for success. You will professionally, efficiently and accurately assist clients comprised of  team members across the Talent COE, HRPBs, administrative assistants and senior leaders. You will be responsible for  working cross functionally with internal partners. You will problem-solve by researching, partnering, and following-up on issues while fostering client relationships and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You will support the inner-working of Learning operations, examples may include; content management, publishing, file retention, reporting management etc. You will engage as a thought partner with the team to improve client experience, deliver quality learning moments, and increase efficiency.

About you:
• 2-4 years experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated client service orientation, interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective organizational skills
• Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Flexible, team player who learns quickly while adapting to evolving technology and processes
• Ability to learn and navigate numerous, unique systems; proficiency with MS Office Package
• Experience within Learning Management System or Content Management System preferred
