Forensic Construction Consultant
Hiring multiple positions for the Phoenix and San Diego offices. CORE is a West Coast Construction Consulting firm (CA, AZ, NV) seeks an experienced Contractor, Engineer, or Architect to work in Arizona or California and surrounding areas. Firm provides a variety of services including Building envelope consulting, fenestration, roofing/waterproofing analysis, forensic/failure cause and origin and expert witness services for construction defect and insurance liability claims. The firm consists of Architects, Contractors, Engineers and Cost Estimators. The candidate will perform site investigations of existing structures, review testing of building assemblies, forensic analysis, QA/QC of reconstruction projects, code analysis, plan review and technical report writing. Microsoft tools, communication and technical writing skills required. Must have a min. of 10 years construction experience. Some travel required within AZ. College degree preferred.
