Position Summary
The SPM supports the OEL Director with the leadership and oversight of critical program development functions (design, development, delivery and assessment) in the OEL with an emphasis on work-integrated learning programs that support the multi-year strategic goals of the OEL . Additionally, the SPM supports the development of and attendance at external events and public affairs initiatives that support OEL's mission to empower every student to apply their learning in real-world contexts, equipping them with the competencies and expanded perspectives to thrive in an emerging, dynamic global society.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
• Organizational Skills; Project Management; Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills; Strong Technical Skills in MS Office Products; Strong Collaboration / Networking Skills and the ability to multi-task; Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and market research.

Program Development & Management: Lead the annual development and evaluation of the Office's Program Development Strategy, supporting the production of New Activity / Program proposals and presentation assets to create and nurture new approved opportunities and partnerships. Provide support for the management of incoming and outgoing OEL communications; support the growth strategy of the EL Connect Abroad program; and perform directorial oversight of the Office's MOU system and processes, collaborating with the UGA Office of Legal Affairs to execute all required contracts, waivers, and agreements. In collaboration with the OEL Director, build tactical and strategic partnership pipelines and develop strategies to scale new venture integration into the Office.

Duties/Responsibilities
Work-Linked Learning Program Innovation & Management: With the support of the OEL Director, administer all current work-linked learning programs sponsored by the OEL including serving as the Activity Director for key partners like Piedmont and NCR . In particular, exercise directorial oversight and administration of the Experiential Learning Internship Program ( ELIP ) while supporting the delivery and scaling of the Student Industry Fellows Program ( SIFP ). Across these programs, the SPM will develop strategic growth strategies, manage required reporting, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to leverage multi-channel engagement strategies.

Additional Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the Director for Office strategic planning; support the Director on industry, community and government engagement; and collaborate with key stakeholders at UGA including Sponsored Projects Administration, the Office of Business Engagement, Development and Alumni Relations, and the Office of Legal Affairs, among others
