Full job description
JD:
• Experience in performing Video based time study and work breakdown activities using Timer Pro software.
• Perform Line Balancing Studies using Timer Pro software.
• Identify process improvement and support in productivity improvement initiative
• Should have experience in high volume and high mix production environment
• Experience in multi model line balancing and level loading.
• Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking – Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
• Drive, Identify and Implement the key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
• Experience in software CAD & CAE tools - Creo & AutoCAD.
• Should work in CFT team structure and perform on tight timelines
• Identify Countermeasures / Process improvements for eliminating NVA activities
• Create Current State VSM and find out capacities of each cell
• Analyse data collected from shop floor and performed capacity calculation and cell utilization
• Analyze bottleneck in the process, understand current challanges and projects in place to improve performance
• Data collection for time study and Perform VA / NVA / RNVA analysis
• Create / Update VSM for current state and chart out future state VSM
• Identify Countermeasures / Process improvements for eliminating NVA activities
• Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process
• Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labor cost
• Support in implementing the Process improvements.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferably Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
