The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordinating of nursing personnel to ensure that each shift is adequately staffed per federal, state, and local staffing requirements.

•Operates as the point of contact for guest volume trends related to associate scheduling adherence. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, the Scheduler is responsible for critical real-time decisions regarding increases and reductions and re-allocation of labor.•Tracks labor, including but not limited to: overtime and additional hours, time off requests and approvals, attendance tracking/reporting, schedule creation and schedule changes.
•Minimum of one (1) year experience performing scheduling/staffing of hourly associates required.•Must be familiar with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.•Analytical and problem-solving skills are required in order to ensure proper staff scheduling.
